Transformer sizing — from the load list to the rating

List the loads you have (kW, how many, the demand factor and the power factor) and press compute: you get the calculated capacity, the next standard rating up in the R10 series, the LV current and the reactive compensation needed. Every number is traceable to its input — and where a factor is missing, the field says so instead of quietly substituting a typical value.
